Kolrosing is the art of incising a wooden surface, revealing the pattern with pigment, and burnishing the cuts to create a smooth, durable decoration.
In this six-week course, students will learn the basics of design, materials, and techniques for kolrosing flat and curved woodenware. The final weeks are devoted to starting with lettering and curves.
