Online International Conference for ALL Waldorf Educators: 5th Grade: Beauty - Rhythm - Balance

Join educators worldwide February 14-16, 2026 for collaborative learning focused on 5th grade – the golden year of childhood.

Teachers of handwork, music, movement, languages, class teachers & homeschoolers gather to explore beauty, rhythm & balance. 5th graders stand between dreamy imagination & awakening clarity – a moment of grace.

Deepen your subject work while discovering connections that weave all disciplines together. This in online conference.

Each afternoon 11:45-2:45pm Pacific handwork teachers will gater to dive into 5th grade. Fifth graders are ready: strength & dexterity grow, attention lengthens, students connect skill with beauty & meaning. Learn what 5th graders need physically & inwardly, how to meet all skill levels & welcome newcomers. Create resist-dyed Pentathlon flags, Fair Isle, Portuguese & Latvian knitting. Connect handwork to ancient civilizations & cultural traditions. Hands-on, collegial sessions. Waldorf Handwork Educators
This year we turn our attention to the 5th grade—the golden year of childhood, when beauty, rhythm, and balance harmonize in the growing child. 5th graders stand poised between the dreamy imagination of early childhood and the awakening clarity of adolescence.
