Nordic Herbals for Summer Workshop

Taking inspiration from Nordic herbal traditions, spend an afternoon exploring generational wisdom and knowledge of summer herbs and wild foods.

Students will make several herbal preparations while grounding their learning in modern understandings of herbal medicine and the Norse mythology and oral traditions of Sunna, the Norse Sun goddess and healer.

Suitable for ages 14+. $75 ($65 ASI members) + $30 materials fee payable to instructor.
