Carbondale Clay Center is a non-profit community arts center that offers clay classes for adults, children, and families, outreach programs with local organizations, ceramic studio space rentals, long term artist residency program, as well as ceramic gallery & retail spaces.

Carbondale Clay Center has been an important part of the Roaring Fork Valley, Colorado, and the field of ceramics since the Center’s inception in 1997. Over the years, the Clay Center has played a pivotal role in our local art scene by providing a positive, supportive space to build community through artistic expression and arts education.

Generous community support has allowed us to successfully sponsor ceramic classes, kids camps, gallery exhibitions, artist residencies, outreach programs, special events, and community parties.
